This cosmopolitan capital of the country, right from the historical monuments to crowded shopping paradises, is featured with extensive network of the modern metro system, enriched with different personalities and is considered to be the city with a heart.

The attractions here are quite numerous, which majorly include mosques, heritage sites, temples, gurudwaras, museums, gardens, shopping malls and much more!

This city of historical significance is enriched with some of the fascinating UNESCO world heritage sites! They are majorly, the sky rocketing Qutub Minar (a perfect display of Mughals’s architectural brilliance), the marvelous Red Fort (made out of red sandstone), India Gate ( a war memorial) and the astronomical Jantar Mantar (it includes 13 architectural astronomical instruments!).

The sightseeing mosques here majorly include the stunning architectural Humayun’s Tomb, which is a UNESCO world heritage site as well, the vast Jama Masjid made out of red sandstone and white marble, the holy Nizamuddin Dargah and the Quwwat-Ul-islam mosque that lies wihtin the Qutub Minar complex.

Coming to the culture over here, the city is one of the high-power ancient regions which has regained and improved cultural beauty throughout history with different empires controlling it. The city has asymmetrical beauty , with the Old-Delhi still holding its traditional values while the New-Delhi is getting flourished and modernized. Right from any international cuisine to the Mughal cuisine, almost all kinds of food dishes are available here. The street foods here are a very major part of the cuisine. Top street food of the city include lassi, crispy kebabs, mouth watering cholebhature, classic jalebis, must eat- Golgappa, falooda, samosa, butter chicken, Nihari, kulfi, and others. However, the iconic dish of Delhi is biryani served in earthen pots.

Coming to the shopping culture over here, this city is a shopping paradise. Right from the street shopping from places like the famous Chandini Chowk, Delhi Haat ( a traditional village fair) , the classical Connaught Place to various shopping malls like DLF Emporio, Select City Mall, The Pacific Mall, Crescent Mall, The Cross River Mall, this city is a paradise for shopping!

If you are a nigh-life lover, then it’s really embarrassing if you complete your trip to Delhi without visiting Hauz Khas Village and the Khan Market. The Hauz Khas Village is known for its electric nightlife with countless cafes, bars and pubs along with art galleries, and boutiques while the Khan Market hotspot Market in Delhi which serves as a perfect place for friends and family to hangout.
